Heirloom Quality Digital Restoration
of Photographs and Documents

How long will my print last?

Customer satisfaction comes from the quality of the total restoration process. Not only should the workmanship of the restoration be professional, but the image quality and durability be superior as well.

The samples in this site demonstrate the skill and attention to detail you can expect. Print quality and permanence are strongly influenced by the combination of the chemical makeup of the inks, characteristics of the paper substrate, and precision of the printer. Many of the digital prints available today fade relatively quickly (within 2 - 3 years) and in some cases, significant fading can occur within a few months.

The archival quality of our prints is not left to chance. The combination of inks, paper substrate and printing technology is carefully selected to deliver prints that will resist fading for up to 300 years! These impressive permanence ratings are determined by an independent research organization (Wilhelm Imaging Research). A summary is presented below and full details are available at www.wilhelm-research.com.

Prints from Little Shop of Images are heirloom quality themselves that can be passed to future generations.
