1. Send the original document or photo by mail in a protective envelope or box and ship insured or certified mail to us. Use our Mail Order Form with your photo. Click here for information about how to pack your photo or document for shipping.

3. Scan your document or photo and send it to us. If you don’t have a scanner, companies like Kinko’s will scan it for you and put it on a CD. Click here for guidelines on what scanner settings to use.

4. Email it to us by simply using your current Email program, attach the file, and send to:
